Standard Membership Cohort

Starting in September 2026

As you move through this first LINKED TO THRIVE cohort, you’ll feel more grounded, less overwhelmed, and genuinely supported in your family‑building journey.

What’s Included

  • Weekly small‑group support A steady, compassionate space where you can show up honestly — and be met with women who understand the emotional side of family building.

  • Companion workbook : Reflection prompts and between‑session exercises that help you stay connected to yourself, your values, and your emotional capacity.

  • Practical tools for holding hope & hard emotions Evidence‑informed strategies that help you navigate the emotional swings of family building with more steadiness and less self‑judgment.

  • Support for anxiety, uncertainty & overthinking : Clear, actionable approaches you can use in real time — especially during the waiting, the wondering, and the “what happens next” moments.

  • Guidance for waiting, decision fatigue & difficult moments : Because the hardest parts of family building often happen between appointments, when you’re left alone with your thoughts.

  • Mindfulness & grounding practices : Simple techniques to regulate your nervous system and bring you back into your body when emotions feel big.

  • Guided meditation: Created specifically for the emotional landscape of fertility treatment — gentle, supportive, and designed to help you breathe again.

  • Connection with women who truly get it :  A community that feels safe, validating, and deeply resonant — not performative or surface‑level.

  • Support that helps you move through family building with more steadiness, clarity, and self‑compassion. This is the heart of Linked To Thrive.

Support for your path to family building

IVF | Donor Conception | LGBTQ+ Family Building

Standard Membership Cohort | Beginning September 2026

A small, supportive community for women navigating IVF and the emotional weight that comes with trying to build a family.

Format: Live, virtual weekly gatherings
Group Size: 6–10 women
Session Length: 75 minutes
Facilitator: Aleesha Grier-Rogers, Psy.D. , Licensed Clinical Psychologist & Founder of LINKED TO THRIVE

IVF can begin to shape everything—your thoughts, your relationships, your finances, your plans, and even the way you move through an ordinary day. It can be difficult to explain that experience to people who have not lived it.

The Standard Cohort gives you a place to be with women who understand the complexity of this process without needing it explained.

Each week combines meaningful conversation, guided reflection, and practical psychological tools to help you quiet spiraling thoughts, manage difficult moments, make space for your emotions, and feel more grounded as treatment unfolds.

Because the group is intentionally small, there is room for real connection. You will have the opportunity to share what you are experiencing, learn from others moving through similar challenges, and build skills you can return to between appointments, decisions, and treatment milestones.

The goal is not to ask you to “stay positive” through IVF. It is to help you hold hope alongside the hard parts—and move through this chapter feeling more supported, more equipped, and less consumed by the process.
